2. What data we process
Browsing this site requires no personal data. There are no forms, no registration, no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no third-party resources.
We process personal data in two cases only:
- If you email or call us. The contact buttons open your mail client or your phone. If you choose to contact us, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of handling your request.
- Technical server logs. Like any web server, ours automatically records technical request data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser) for security, diagnostics and service continuity.
3. Legal basis
- Handling your request: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (art. 6.1.f).
- Technical logs: legitimate interest in ensuring the security and correct operation of the site (art. 6.1.f).
4. Retention
Contact data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the legally required periods. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security reasons and are subsequently deleted or aggregated.
5. Recipients and hosting
We do not share your data with third parties and carry out no automated decision-making or profiling. This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in its Spain (Europe) region; technical data does not leave the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction and portability, as well as object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to rgpd@timestamp.pt.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Group policy
This policy covers the argos-tms.com site specifically. The general privacy policy of the Timestamp group is available at timestampgroup.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legislative or service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top.
